16th Dental & Medical Mission to Bacolod in the Philippines – a RAWCS Project

On the 15th January 2025 the Rotary Club of Blacktown City International Director, Myra Castellano-Hegarty, will lead her sixteenth Dental and Medical Mission to Bacolod in the Philippines with her band of helpers and fellow Rotarians.
As a RAWCS – Rotary Australia World Community Services – project and partnering with the Rotary Club of Metro Bacolod, Myra with fellow Rotary Club of Blacktown City members, Amor and Pamela, and her team will provide much needed dental and medical services to those in need in Bacolod. Other team members include Blacktown Inner Wheel members Rhonda and Trish.
The Dental and Medical Mission are heading to the island of Negros, and it’s capital, Bacolod City, with a population of 560,000. It is known as the Sugar Bowl of the Philippines, and City of Smiles.
