Club Forum – Club Members To Decide What We Do and How We Do It – To Improve Your Club Experience

26 March 2024 is an important meeting where YOU will have your say in helping to improve the Rotary Club of Blacktown City dinner meetings, events, and the Club in general.

The Rotary Club of Blacktown City Board wants to improve our Members’ dinner meeting experience and if time permits, examine some of the other things we do. But in order to make the right decisions, we need to know what you, our members, want. 

We will break down our Meetings, Activities and Events into their components, and you will decide what we should Start Doing, Do More, Keep Doing, Do Less and Stop Doing using the Starfish Retrospective  Agile. It will be a fun and interactive meeting where everyone has their say in a non-verbal but very effective way in what changes, stays, or goes.
