On Australia Day long standing member of the Rotary Club of Blacktown City, Melvin Gray, was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM), and named Environmental Citizen of the Year Winner by Blacktown Council. President Liz invites you to join us to hear Guest Speaker Melvin Gray share his story.
