RYPEN (Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment) is a weekend leadership and personal development camp for young people aged 14–16. Across three days, participants take part in team‑building activities, confidence‑building challenges, communication workshops, and outdoor experiences designed to help them grow, connect, and discover their potential.
It’s a supportive, fun, and transformative program that encourages resilience, leadership, and positive decision‑making, described by participants as a life‑shaping experience.
Our Club is proudly sponsoring a local teen, where he will take part in leadership and personal development activities.
