The Rotary Club of Blacktown City is proud to have hosted the Police Officer of the Year Awards for more than 20 years. The Awards are an important part of our Vocational Service activities and provide an opportunity for our community to recognise and celebrate the outstanding service, dedication and commitment of local police officers and civilian employees.

In partnership with our valued sponsors, the Rotary Club of Blacktown City proudly hosts this annual event to acknowledge those who make a significant contribution to keeping our community safe and supporting the people of Blacktown.

The 2026 Police Officer of the Year Awards Night will be held on Friday, 16 October 2026 at Workers Blacktown

The evening will also include a fundraising raffle and an opportunity for guests to make donations. A portion of the sponsorship funds and raffle ticket raised will be donated to Police Legacy, helping support the families of fallen police officers.

We thank our sponsors, supporters, nominees, volunteers and the Blacktown Police Area Command for helping us continue this important community tradition.

We invite members of our community, local businesses, families and friends to join us for this special evening as we come together to celebrate and thank the dedicated police officers and civilian employees who serve our community.
