The Rotary Club of Blacktown City has partnered with the Homicide Victim’s Support Group fundraising for the Grace’s Place project. After the murder of Nurse Anita Cobby, it was decided to build a Residential Counselling Facility for children and adolescents left behind after a homicide named after Anita’s mother, Grace.
