Last night Jaroslav Duma OAM, Honorary Consul for Ukraine, became a Paul Harris Fellow. The honour was bestowed by The Rotary Club of Holroyd President Julie Apps with the assistance of Past District Governor Warwick Richardson and Cumberland City Council Deputy Mayor Suman Saha.
