Andy Ektoros
Andy has worked with Makerspace people for 10 years, working on projects in the Middle East, North America & Europe. For the last 15 years he has been advocating for better innovation facilities here in Australia, working with government at local, state and federal level. He brings a demonstrated history of working across a diverse range of fields including Teaching STEAM, Advanced Manufacturing, Penetration Testing, R&D, CAD design, CAM, Start-ups, IoT and much more. His resourceful skill set and “can do’ attitude has seen him work with CSIRO, Bell Helicopters, UTS, Newcastle University and Western Sydney University among others, as a technical advisor, workshop designer, Start-up Coach and trouble shooter.
