Rotary Club of Blacktown City celebrated 2026 International Women’s Day (IWD 2026) last 10 March 2026 at Grace’s Place, in the company of inspirational, motivational, dedicated women, who strongly continue to tick the IWD and Rotary boxes: Give To Gain, Balance The Scales – Rights Justice Action, Service Above Self, while recognising that the road to equality for women continues.

President Tess Sayas, gave a brief history of women in Rotary, including women in Rotary Club of Blacktown City and delivered a heartfelt tribute to women Rotarians and women guests and to the men who support and uplift the women. Her words reminded us of the importance of equality, respect, and empowerment in our communities.
