One perfect early autumn day at the Nurragingy Miniature Railway! Every 3rd Sunday, the Rotary Club of Blacktown City fires up the BBQ to serve our community and raise funds for the community projects that keep us making a difference.

Today, 15 March 2026, had something extra special, we were thrilled to support the children from Grace’s Place on their big day out. Laughter, train rides, sunshine, and early‑autumn breezes, the park was buzzing with joy.

And our BBQ team was in full swing! It was such a busy, joy-filled day that we even missed taking photos early on, missing out some of our team members. Alongside our classic favourites, we happily served up fun requests, onion sandwiches, tomato‑sauce sandwiches, and even solo sausages on serviettes.
