State Member for Blacktown, Stephen Bali, attended the Rotary Club of Blacktown City’s meeting on Tuesday, 3 May 2022 to present the State Flag of New South Wales to President Rob Smith and the Rotary Club of Blacktown City. In doing so he thanked the Club for its many years of service to the Blacktown area and commended the Club for its continued efforts to make the world a better place.
Mr. Bali stated that this was his first flag presentation, and he was very pleased that he had the pleasure in handing the New South Wales Flag over to the Rotary Club of Blacktown City.
